SoftTec GmbH has been developing numerous software solutions since 1986, which not only benefit hoteliers & restaurateurs, but also optimally support other companies. In addition to industry-independent products such as the "VIS-mobile field service management", the "SoftTec time recording" and "SoftTec Whistleblow", SoftTec focuses primarily on the hotel industry.

The offer includes the multiple award-winning "hotline hotel software" with numerous additional modules and extensions, the "Easy2Bon" POS system, the "SoftTec Payment" payment technology and the "SoftTec Webservice". All in all, SoftTec offers its customers an all-in-one solution with a contact person for all software questions in hotels of all sizes.

Since the takeover by Forum, the focus has been placed on the next generation of hotel software with the "SoftTecCloud hotel software". The platform starts where other solutions stop. Instead of relying on a large number of interfaces to third-party systems, SoftTec has developed an integrated solution that makes other software partners partially unnecessary.

With a focus on individual hotels and sales of approximately €7 million, SoftTec GmbH is the number 3 on the German market behind the two big players.

Managing Director Oliver Anschütz was the company's Sales Manager until the old owner retired and retains his focus there: on the sales of the solutions. This corresponds perfectly to FORUM's understanding that the managing directors should be the top sales people in their company. SoftTec's current market share in Germany is 4% - meaning that 96% is open for potential new customer acquisition.
