Our Alumni

Many former FORUM employees have remained true to their passion for investing and have pursued careers at other investment firms. Below we would like to introduce a small selection:

Jens Reidel, who today works as an angel investor and private equity adviser.

Jens Reidel

Jens Reidel is an "employee from day one". In 1990 - after the fall of the Berlin Wall - we jointly purchased a number of companies from the Treuhandanstalt (Trust Agency). After that, Jens moved to BC Partners and played a key role in building up their German organization.

Portrait of Marika Osterloff, alumna of FORUM value investing and fund management.
"At FORUM, I was able to delve into value investing and lay the foundation for my investment career. Working with Burkhard was very fruitful - I was always fascinated by how quickly he saw through a business model and identified the really important points. I learned a lot from him, especially critical thinking."
