Application Process

Overview of the Process

We have set up our application process in such a way that we want to rule out the risk of disappointment on both sides as far as possible. In addition to the classic personality traits, we are primarily looking for a pronounced understanding of business models and businesses in a wide variety of industries, ambition and a willingness to learn a lot. To this end, we combine a number of different methods that shed light on as many different aspects of our applicants as possible.

During the process, you will have a personal advisor who will be happy to provide you with information on the process steps and answer any further questions. The entire application process should not take longer than 4 weeks.

Stages of the application process: document review, exploratory interview, test 1, test 2 and in-depth interview within four weeks

Application Documents

We carefully review your application documents and look for indications of whether we are a good fit. We remain staunch advocates of a well-thought-out cover letter that addresses the specific requirements of the position.

Tests

Depending on the position, we use up to three testing procedures: We want to measure how strong your "Business Sense" is and what kind of personality is in you. All test procedures have been specifically developed for FORUM with the help of psychologists.

Interviews

We conduct two interviews in stages, in which we want to learn more about you and give you the opportunity to understand everything about FORUM and the expectations of you. If you live in the Munich area, we would like to conduct both live - we are old-fashioned in that respect - if you come from further away, the first exploratory interview is via video conference, the in-depth interview in any case live. At the 2nd interview you will also get to know your future colleagues.
