MedNet

MedNet has 2 business areas: the trade in components and parts for manufacturers of medical technology products ("OEMs") and the representation of approximately 1,000 importers of medical devices to the regulatory authorities within the EU ("EC-Rep"). The company was founded by David Thaler and Ingrid Broeskamp in 1990 and has since grown to its current size of approximately €12 million in sales with approximately 50 employees. David Thaler took more than two years to sell the company and finally selected FORUM because he believes that this secures MedNet's special culture and values. He also expects new impetus in sales.

MedNet is one of the examples where the founder himself has created the succession solution in the form of two in-house managing directors. Ole Stein and Matthias Heinz both bring the sales orientation that FORUM expects from its managing directors and are looking forward to now having undivided responsibility for the company's success.
