HSH Soft- und Hardware Vertriebs GmbH is the market leader in Germany in the field of municipal software, especially in the registry segment. With a turnover of approx. €30 million and approx. 250 employees, HSH has been offering a solution with the VOIS platform for several years with which the traditional "silo structure" in municipal administration is replaced by an integral solution with common databases, a standardized user interface and easier administration. From a long-term perspective, the new online 2.0 citizen services form another business area. The new CEO of HSH, succeeding the founder Stephan Hauber, has been Sven Knochmuß since September 2024, who at this point had already worked for the company for 22 years and most recently headed the platform department of HSH. The main motive for the sale to FORUM in 2019 was a sustainable succession solution that is designed for continuity and thus offers both employees and customers a long-term perspective.
