SoftTec GmbH receives the “Top Company” award again in 2023.
In times of staff shortages, it is particularly important for companies to present themselves as attractively as possible as an employer. In this spirit, Oliver Anschütz, the Managing Director of SoftTec GmbH, is particularly pleased about the Top Company award again this year. With a score of 4.5 and a recommendation rate of 100%, the company is once again demonstrating that it is perceived and valued by its employees.

In order to receive the Top Company award, the company must have received at least six employee reviews since the profile was created. These must not fall below the overall score of 3.8 stars. Current performance is also a major yardstick. At least two reviews must have been submitted in the last 12 months, which also must not have a total score worse than 3.8 stars. “With 57 reviews, a score of 4.5 stars and a 100% recommendation rate, SoftTec far exceeds the requirements!”, says Oliver Anschütz.
