Software provider SoftTec receives the Kununu award "Top Company" for the third time
Ratings and personal experiences of employees and potential colleagues are considered relevant and decision-supporting for many applicants. The employer rating platform kununu presents the award to companies every year. The award is based on the independent ratings of employees on the platform. In order to qualify for the seal, a company must meet various criteria. Since the profile was created, at least seven ratings must have been received, which achieve a score of at least 3.8 out of 5 possible stars both overall and in the employee ratings. In addition, the rating score in the past twelve months must be at least 3.8 stars and at least two new ratings must have been received. "With 24 new ratings in the last year and a score of 4.5, we far exceed these requirements," Oliver Anschütz says proudly.
