FORUM Family Office acquires 90% of the SoftDeCC Group
FORUM Family Office (“FORUM”) has acquired 90% of the shares of SoftDeCC Gruppe, based in Munich (“SoftDeCC”), through its sector holding company FORUM Software Mittelstandsholding SE.
Since its foundation in 1998 by Georg Nüssel, Jost Richstein and Ralf Malis, the company has developed into a leading company in the field of Learning Management Software (“LMS”). Reference customers include Siemens and Deutsche Bahn. In 2021, SoftDeCC generated a turnover of approximately EUR 3.4 million with 26 employees.
The core product of SoftDeCC is the TC Manager, which has also been offered as a browser-based LMS solution since 2018. The learning history module enables companies from industries with high regulatory requirements such as chemicals/pharmaceuticals or medical technology to digitally meet their compliance requirements for the documentation of training and employee certifications. The TC Manager is supplemented by modules for e-learning and e-testing.
As always, FORUM's continuation concept envisages the continuation of the corporate strategy in all essential points; in particular, all founders, personnel and the location are retained. FORUM will encourage the team to further round off its product range and strengthen its marketing/sales activities.
