FORUM acquires Innseals Dichtungstechnik AG
FORUM Family Office ("FORUM") has acquired 100% of the shares in Innseals Dichtungstechnik GmbH, based in Ried/Innkreis, Austria, via its industry holding company FORUM Industrie & Service GmbH.
Innseals was founded in 2016 by Daniel Geroldinger to develop and sell special seals for demanding industrial applications. Today, the company is a problem solver for customer-specific seals based on high-performance materials. Innseals' seals are used in a wide variety of applications, including the semiconductor industry, the food industry and hydrogen electrolysis. Typical are small and medium series. The company generates sales of approximately € 3 million and has been growing at a double-digit rate for many years. The jointly developed continuation concept envisages a continuation of the corporate strategy in all essential points. In particular, all employees and the location will be retained. Growth is to be maintained at a minimum; to this end, the company will further expand its marketing and sales activities and strengthen its internationalization. Mr. Geroldinger will hand over the management to a successor with a technical background from September 1, 2025, so that the focus on problem-solving competence will be maintained. He will continue to support his successor as a consultant over the next few years in order to ensure a complete transfer of know-how, his comment:
