CWG acquires 100% of Sensowater GmbH & Co KG
CWG Watertechnology GmbH ("CWG"), a company in the water division of FORUM Family Office GmbH ("FORUM") has acquired 100% of the shares in Sensowater GmbH & Co.KG ("Sensowater"), based in Viernheim, as part of the company succession. Like CWG, Sensowater trades in components, equipment and accessories for water treatment and supplies exclusively to specialist retailers / resellers.
Sensowater was founded in 2005 by Holger Kirch and Gerd Künzel. In the 2021 financial year, sales were approximately €1.5 million. The earnings situation is good.
The proven team in Viernheim with 6 employees will be taken over completely and will continue to perform the same functions. Holger Kirch will be available for a transitional period to ensure continuity. In the medium term, the Viernheim location with all employees is to be transferred to CWG in Mannheim - the two companies are only about 13km apart.
The customers of Sensowater thus retain their proven contacts. At the same time, they also gain access to the full range of products and services of CWG and, moreover, the security that a larger group offers in terms of purchasing and delivery capability.
