SoftTec GmbH welcomes three new trainees at the start of training in 2022. The Allgäu-based software company is thus ensuring the training of tomorrow's skilled workers and is pursuing its own philosophy of promoting and qualifying employees itself. Two prospective IT specialists in application development will gain a deep insight into the development department and will be closely involved in the creation of new software solutions and the optimization of existing SaaS products, and will even be able to participate. One trainee will start her training as an office management assistant in the administration department and provide active support to the back office.
