At the beginning of 2022, the FORUM Group organized a two-day meeting for its managing directors.

The FORUM Group started the year 2022 in two groups, each with a 2-day meeting of the managing directors. The first group comprised entrepreneurs from the software industry, the second group entrepreneurs from the other industries.
The common theme of the presentations was again the FORUM “Principles of Good Corporate Governance.” In the software group, the focus was on the path to the cloud. Of the 8 software companies, 3 are cloud-native, 2 are well advanced on their way to the cloud, and this means that a large pool of know-how and experience is available for the remaining 3. In the 2nd conference, the focus was on “Organization and Employee Management”, and the topic of “Organizational Development from Hub/Spoke to a 2nd Management Level” was discussed in detail.
In addition, the managing directors had the opportunity to get to know each other personally, share best practices and learn from each other. In the end, the unanimous opinion was that the conference was valuable and should be repeated for the managers of the holdings in the short term. A date is planned for this in March 2022.
