With its sector holding company FORUM Software Mittelstandsholding SE, Forum Family Office has acquired 100% of the Healy Hudson Group.
FORUM Family Office (“FORUM”) has acquired 100% of the shares in Healy Hudson GmbH, Healy Hudson Portugal Lda and veenion GmbH, based in Wiesbaden, Lisbon and Kaiserslautern (together “Healy Hudson Group”) with a total of over 50 employees, through its sector holding company FORUM Software Mittelstandsholding SE.
Since its foundation in 2000, Healy Hudson has developed into one of the leading providers of procurement software for public clients. Healy Hudson's core product is „deutsche eVergabe“, the largest European tendering platform in terms of participants, with over 220,000 companies and 16,000 registered contracting authorities. Veenion is one of the leading procurement platforms for indirect materials for the public sector in the DACH region.
FORUM's continuation concept envisages the continuation of the corporate strategy in all essential points. First and foremost, staff and locations will be retained. In the future, the range of services offered by deutsche eVergabe is to be expanded in particular to potential bidders (“Premium Services”). At Veenion, the focus will be on expanding the specification for the public sector and transforming the ordering platform into a marketplace (“Open Network”).
The managing directors of all companies will remain on board and will work with FORUM to shape the next growth phase.
