FORUM Family Office (“FORUM”) has acquired the majority of the shares in MedK GmbH, based in Münster. Since its foundation in 2013, MedK has developed into one of the leading distributors of medical products with a focus on interventional cardiology, radiology and fluid management. Sterile products account for a significant share of this.
In 2022, the company generated sales of approximately 1.0 million; it is certified according to ISO 13485.
MedK expands FORUM's existing medical technology group to 3 companies. Closer cooperation is also planned with our subsidiary MedNet GmbH, which is also active in the healthcare segment.
As always, FORUM's continuation concept is to maintain the existing corporate strategy in all essential aspects.
