At the start of their training, our portfolio company SoftTec in Sonthofen welcomes three new apprentices and a working student.
Our portfolio company, SoftTec GmbH in Sonthofen, welcomes three new apprentices and another working student to start their training. In doing so, the Allgäu-based company is securing the training of tomorrow's skilled workers and continuing to pursue its own philosophy of promoting and qualifying employees itself. Two new apprentices are starting in the development area and one apprentice in the system integration area. The working student will also support the development department and further improve the existing products as well as actively participate in the new development of the upcoming SaaS products.
Managing Director Oliver Anschütz says:
I also enjoyed a very qualified training 15 years ago and we as a team would like to make this possible for other young people in our company as well. We have numerous verifiable examples of great colleagues who have trained with us and are now available to us in important positions. This is part of our company DNA and also a basic philosophy of the FORUM GROUP, to which SoftTec GmbH has belonged since 2020.
