As a team assistant, you’re an important part of our office management team—whether it’s onboarding new employees, processing travel expense reports, managing our IT, or selecting the right software tools.
You assist with the concerns of our business partners, service providers, employees and applicants.
You enjoy coordinating, preparing for, and following up on appointments and events just as much as you enjoy supporting our managing directors on smaller projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

Through your business training or degree program, you’ve learned to independently familiarize yourself with new challenges, and you have a knack for IT. You don’t give up until you’ve found a solution. “Can’t be done” isn’t in your vocabulary!
Ideally, you already have experience in assistance or office management - so that you are confidently in control, even in part-time.
You have energy and drive, love multitasking and enjoy being needed. You enjoy your work and radiate a good mood.
