gypsilon is a software manufacturer with a hybrid business model: the company offers industry-neutral complete solutions for financial accounting, including a module for the digitization of the invoice workflow. In addition, gypsilon offers industry solutions for the management of commercial properties, publishers and car dealerships. The founders sold to FORUM because they wanted a constructive sparring partner for the further development of the company. One result of this collaboration is the acquisition of BMR Software from Leipzig in July 2021, which contributes a tailor-made CRM system for publishers to the product portfolio.
