Cobos Fluid Service

cobos Fluid Service was FORUM's first investment, acquired back in 2008 (perfect timing, as sales collapsed by 40% in the 2009 financial crisis!). Cobos offers solutions for the treatment of industrial wastewater, especially emulsions and washing water. Sales are approximately €7 million, generated by 25 employees. The core of the business is on-site operator models for major customers, in addition to which two in-house treatment plants are operated for small and medium-sized customers in Munich and Offenbach/Pfalz. The third business segment is chemicals/parts/service - this segment currently accounts for less than 5% of sales, but is to be significantly expanded organically and through acquisitions. The managing director is Dennis Bernhardt.
